Shipping Information

At Ossia Design, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at info@ossiadesign.com.

Returns & Exchanges

At Ossia Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@ossiadesign.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
