Shipping Information

At Ossia Design, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

Shipping to the USA

Due to the tariff changes, shipping to the USA is currently subject to extra charges. We are working with our carriers to provide an inclusive shipping charge that covers the expected tariff costs.
We apologise for the extra costs this has added to our US customers.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at info@ossiadesign.com.

Returns & Exchanges

At Ossia Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@ossiadesign.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Product Variance

Due to the hand crafted nature of our jewellery it is likely that you will see some variance between the images and your purchased copy.
Some designs are made in small batches and none will be identical. We aim to provide a fair likeness to the images presented. Please contact us if you feel the variance is too far outside your expectation.
